Dr. Elise May
Dr. Elise May, a board certified plastic surgeon, attended Texas Tech University for her undergraduate work and obtained her Doctorate of Medicine degree (M.D.) from the UT Health Science Center in Houston. While in Houston, she participated in research at MD Anderson Cancer Center in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, where she gained a great interest in comprehensive breast care. She then completed a 5 year General/Trauma Surgery residency at General Surgery training, as well as a fellowship in Surgical Breast Oncology at Baylor University Hospital in Dallas, followed by a 3 year Plastic and Reconstructive Fellowship at St. Louis University Hospital in Missouri.
Dr. May offers care encompassing all areas of plastic surgery including: cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face/body, breast reconstruction, hand (both elective and trauma related), facelifts, and body contouring after weight loss.
Dr. May is a devoted wife to Dr. Greg May and mother to her son, Cauy. She is excited to provide the community with the same compassion and devotion in her surgical practice. She and her staff strive to provide the most up-to-date patient education as well as surgical techniques to those in the Texas Panhandle.
